Therefore, we should follow the rules below: first, we should eat as less as possible to have sugar and starch. Second, we should more tend to have food which includes more fat and protein. Third, we should supply elements of vitamins and minerals. Fourth, drink less coffee and wine. All these stimulants will make body into readiness and overdraft and consumption of your strategic nutritional reserves. Fifth, try to change your diet and eat less but more times. You have to eat something after 7 hours on average. Sixth, you have to have breakfast. If you don’t have breakfast, it means you have gas yourself for 15-18 hours. Some brain cells will be damaged or going to die, and the memory also decrease.
