Chinese love to take a nap and this is very rare to see in the western countries. Besides Athens and Jerusalem and other places of the elderly, there are few Westerners have a habit of taking a nap.
Why Chinese are more tend to choose to take a nap than Westerners? Simply speaking, it is possible that taking a nap is more related to food habits. Chinese intake the protein too less and intake carbohydrate too much. These cause postprandial reactive hypoglycemia, fatigue and lack of sleep.

Chinese are following the rules “The breakfast is good, the lunch is full, the dinner is few”. First, we eat a lot during lunch time. Second there are too much carbohydrate when we have lunch. That means that taking a nap makes pressure on blood raising a lot and decline a lot when you wake up. Therefore, we should follow the rules below: first, we should eat as less as possible to have sugar and starch. Second, we should more tend to have food which includes more fat and protein. Third, we should supply elements of vitamins and minerals. Fourth, drink less coffee and wine. All these stimulants will make body into readiness and overdraft and consumption of your strategic nutritional reserves. Fifth, try to change your diet and eat less but more times. You have to eat something after 7 hours on average. Sixth, you have to have breakfast. If you don’t have breakfast, it means you have gas yourself for 15-18 hours. Some brain cells will be damaged or going to die, and the memory also decrease.
